I am so happy that they finally released the Mad Hatter's route in English! I played the Japanese GREE version over the summer, and it has been my favorite story from the KBTBB series. Fortunately, I don't see any real differences between the stories - only a few translation things that I expected, a few minor background image changes, and some of the chapters were combined to create 13 instead of the original 15 (no content seems to be missing though).
One completely subjective observation is that I do feel like is that the character's personality came through more strongly (read: creepy) in the Japanese version because of the language choices.

Kissed by the Baddest Bidder Love Trap, Japanese GREE: Mad Hatter Master Post - Main Story Walkthrough, Summary, Commentary, and CGs
Apparently, I am not a patient woman. Call it obsession, but I can't leave things alone... Even though my Japanese is minimal, I decided to download the Japanese GREE version of Kissed by the Baddest Bidder just to play the Mad Hatter's route...
It's slow-going having to translate each frame, but I get to work on my Japanese at the same time, so there's a bonus. :)I am really enjoying his route. I haven't felt this intrigued by a character in a loooooooong time. I've played all of the other character's main routes in the paid version and I didn't find them all that interesting. His story is honestly much more dynamic than most Voltage characters'.
Read my summaries and commentaries for this route here (WARNING: spoilers!):
Episode (1)(2)(Special 1)(3)(4)(5)(6)(Special 2)(7)(8)(9)(10)(11)(Special 3)(12)(13)(14)(End)(Epilogue)
This post is a work in progress, and I'll be updating as I complete the game. The walkthrough will be posted at the top, so don't scroll all the way down if you don't want to spoil the CGs!

Guilty Alice: Bill - Main Story Walkthrough
Wednesday, December 4, 2013
Where are the Walkthroughs?
You may have noticed that on many of my posts I'm no longer doing walkthroughs. The reason for this is that Voltage has updated many of their games to a new format that allows you to go back and select the other ending after you complete the story. To put it simple: There's just no point. You'll see the same story until whatever ending you got, and then you can switch. So my advice is pick the choices you want to see the character's reactions and don't worry about getting the best ending on the first try. Please note that I will still post walkthroughs for games that don't follow the above format. Happy gaming!

A Knight's Devotion: Ken - Main Story Review, Walkthrough, and CGs
Review:
The whole premise of this story is that the MC is actually a princess (even though she's been raised as a peasant) and needs to be returned to the castle to take her rightful place. The MC has known Ken (or "Kenny") for a while since he has been stationed in her hometown undercover as a blacksmith for several years to watch over her. Their relationship develops fairly early on in the story, and Ken often gets scolded for acting too casual with the MC. Suddenly, they find out something that would completely tear apart their relationship, so he tries to fight his feelings for the MC. He picks on the MC quite a bit, but he's very reliable and kind deep down. And gotta say - I love the horse, Dragon! (Frankly, I think they stole most of his personality from the movie Tangled but funny nonetheless.)
Walkthrough:
This is one of those Voltage games where there's really no need to give you a walkthrough, because if you "mess up" and get the Good Ending, you can just go back and select the Happy Ending to read it.

My Forged Wedding: Kunihiko Aikawa - Main Story Review, Walkthrough, and CGs
Review:
Kunihiko comes off immediately as a slacker and a ladies-man. He's always reading women's magazines to try to find out what they like. He has known the MC since she was a little girl, and he is her "uncle", though they are only related by name and not blood. The MC works in his bar part time while she's looking for a job. Kunihiko essentially bribes her into acting as his fiancee for a day when he wants to turn down a marriage offer. Of course, the story gets blown out of proportion and then MC ends up staying at his house to continue to the charade. The MC also finds out more about his past and why he's never settled down. Well, no real spoilers from me, so that's all I will say about the story line, but I have to just mention that the fact that the MC calls him Uncle pretty much the entire time kind of grosses me out, but once you get past that, it's a pretty sweet story.

Love Letter from Thief X: Atsumu Kashiwabara - Epilogue Review and CGs
The epilogue for Atsumu continues that really relaxed and slow-paced feeling the main story has. His stories so far have been certainly not as "juicy" as the other characters, but I think they were trying to make him not come off as perverted, being that he's much older than the MC. But, this track's ending was ridiculously sweet, and any guy that would go out of his way to try to surprise you like he does has my vote.

Love Letter from Thief X: Atsumu Kashiwabara - Main Story Review, Walkthrough, and CGs
Review:
Atsumu is the boss of the Black Foxes. He's super laid back and almost seems like he's not even paying attention most of the time. Romantically, this is a slow-moving piece. At first, Atsumu is very hesitant to even think of the MC as a woman because of his past, but by the end, he's quite bold in his admission of his feelings - even though it still has that laid-back feel. He's very much a gentleman towards the MC and protects her - but mostly as if she was his daughter or a little sister. Atsumu is actually some I'd probably be attracted to in real life, but as far as stories go, it's fairly dull, in my opinion.

In Your Arms Tonight: Shohei Aiba - Main Story Review, Walkthrough, and CGs
Review:
I feel like with almost all of these games, one of the first people I play is the "guy you've known forever". In Aiba's case, you've known him for 8 years, but you've just recently joined his department. He's ridiculously sweet to the MC most of the time, but can be hard on her if he needs to. He's very talented at his job, and the MC really looks up to him professionally. Aiba really goes out of his way to help the MC, and does silly things if he thinks it will help her feel better. He often hints at his feelings, but the MC seems a little dense to his hints, though everyone else seems to clearly see he's in love with her.

Kiss of Revenge: Soichiro Irie - Main Story Review, Walkthrough, and CGs
Review:
Irie is on to you from the get-go. He's a little awkward and hard to read when it comes to what to choose to get the right reaction out of him. The MC is completely suspicious of his intentions, and sees him as someone who only cares about getting to the top. He's a complete suck-up to the director at the beginning, but the MC's influence reminds him of what's important as a physician. Although it always seems like he's got shady reasons for doing things, he's actually trying to help the MC the whole way. His mentor Kowatori is funny but can be super irritating to Irie, as he just randomly shows up and says embarrassing things about when Irie was a child. Overall, it's a decent story, but I typically like someone more transparent.

My Forged Wedding: Haruka Utsunomiya - Main Story Review, Walkthrough, and CGs
Review:
As I kept playing other characters in this game, I'd see him pop-up on the choose character screen and two thoughts crossed my mind. 1. "Who is hell is this?", and 2. "Hottie!!! *fans self*" What I love most about Haruka's story is the culture. He's an ikebana artist, versed in tea ceremony, wears a kimono during several scenes, etc. You can tell that even though he never says it aloud, Haruka is really lonely and likes having the MC around. He's a really polite person, but lies to his family and hides his problems from everyone. Fortunately, he opens up to the MC by the end, but this is one of the stories with slow action. But OH SO MANY FEELS at the end! I'm hoping for an epilogue and sequel just because I want to see their relationship more developed.
